Shipping policy
We partner with trusted New Zealand courier networks to get your parts delivered safely. All items are dispatched from our Christchurch warehouse facility. We only list items that are physically in stock in NZ, ensuring your order gets to you without the overseas wait.
To ensure contactless efficiency, all orders are shipped as No Signature Required unless you explicitly request a signature at checkout.
Delivery rates
- South Island: FREE shipping on orders up to 1 kg; $15.00 (1–3 kg), $32.50 (3–5 kg), and from $35.00 for bulky items over 5 kg (charged by weight, shown at checkout). Delivery in 1–2 working days (1–3 working days for bulky freight).
- South Island – Rural (RD addresses): $5.00 (0–1 kg), $19.50 (1–3 kg), $36.00 (3–5 kg), and from $42.00 for bulky items over 5 kg. This includes the standard rural delivery surcharge. Delivery in 2–4 working days (2–5 working days for bulky freight).
- North Island: from $15.00 (0–1 kg), $22.00 (1–3 kg), $32.50 (3–5 kg), and from $35.00 for bulky items over 5 kg (charged by weight, shown at checkout). Delivery in 2–4 working days (3–5 working days for bulky freight).
- North Island – Rural (RD addresses): from $20.00 (0–1 kg), $26.50 (1–3 kg), $36.00 (3–5 kg), and from $42.00 for bulky items over 5 kg. This includes the standard rural delivery surcharge. Delivery in 3–6 working days (4–7 working days for bulky freight).
- Free shipping on all NZ orders over $110.
- Rural delivery (RD) addresses are detected automatically at checkout and shown the correct rural rate.
- International: we ship worldwide on request. Contact us with your delivery address and the parts you need, and we'll arrange an on-demand freight quote before you order.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment. Delivery timeframes are estimates in working days and start from dispatch.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team and we will chase it up with the courier right away.
